2) Log in
3) Click BLOGS -->
4) Then click ALL BLOGS -->
5) Then click MY ACCOUNT -->
6) Then click WRITE NEW ENTRY

Maintain your blog entries through the MY ACCOUNT page.

When there, you can view your RSS FEED address... which is the feed you can distribute to your friends, colleagues, etc.
